D'autre part, les aménagements intérieurs que ce soit les meubles, les placards, les plafonniers, la cuisine ou encore la salle de bain font corps avec les murs et les sols de l'ensemble.

Monsieur J. Martin a d'abord étudié à l'école des Travaux Publics, puis au fil des ans, il est devenu décorateur professionnel pour finalement obtenir l'agrément d'architecte d'intérieur.
Afin de mettre en pratique son apprentissage, mais aussi ses inspirations au gré de ses très nombreux voyages autour du monde, il a poussé sa créativité en expérimentant ses propres réalisations dans cette fabuleuse maison.

A l'extérieur, la maison alterne les façades métalliques, les parements en pierre, le bois, les grands vitrages et des touches de vitraux.

A l'intérieur, les volumes sont généreux et laissent s'exprimer les camaïeux de couleurs, que ce soit au sol ou au plafond, les formes au travers de nombreux meubles et rangements divinement pensés.

Nichée sur le coteau et exposée Sud et Ouest, la maison se compose d'une petite cour derrière le joli portail en métal ciselé, d'un sous-sol, d'un rdc avec des demi-niveaux et d'un étage partiel. L'espace de vie se répartit en 3 pièces. L'apprivoiser sera facile, de récents travaux lui ont permis de retrouver du confort sans dénaturer les lieux. Moquette graphique neuve, nouvelles fenêtres, pompe à chaleur performante et réfection du jardin avec son bassin rocailleux, ses végétaux et ses paliers ne laisseront pas ses futurs hôtes de marbre.
