Bidding starts at the starting price displayed for the property. An increment is indicated for each sale. You can either bid online during a 60-minute bidding window or leave an absentee bid before or during the auction. The auction room opens 15 minutes before the start of the auction.

Our absentee bid function will outbid you, step by step, without exceeding the maximum value you have set. The maximum amount of your absentee bid is confidential and only you are aware of it. However, absentee bids are displayed as such in the bidding history to ensure transparency for all bidders.

You can remove your absentee bid at any time, before and during the auctions. If you want to change your absentee bid amount, you must first delete it and then create a new one with a different amount.

If you place a bid in the last 3 minutes, the auction duration is automatically extended by 3 minutes from the last bid. Auctions close automatically if there is no activity during the last seconds.

Properties are offered at auction with or without a reserve price. If they are offered without a reserve price, the seller undertakes to sell the item at the starting price. If they are offered with a reserve price, this will be indicated when registering for the sale.

To register, you must have previously visited the property and provided a copy of your ID. You must also have submitted a financing plan for the property to the partner real estate agency assisting you. You will first receive a confirmation email indicating that your registration is in progress, followed by a validation email once your application has been accepted.

Our platform is accessible from any tablet or smartphone, without the need to download a dedicated application. Just make sure you have a good network connection.

When you bid on a property, you agree to complete the transaction if you win the auction. However, there may be circumstances in which you need to withdraw from an auction, including within the 10-day period following the preliminary sale agreement. In this case, the legal provisions apply.
