Une suite parentale avec sa salle de bain revêtue de carreaux de ciment, une salle de billard avec cheminée ainsi que deux chambres prennent place au premier étage. Le second se compose d'une mezzanine de trois chambres accompagnées de leurs points d'eau. 

Une aile du bâtiment reste à aménager et dispose de trois box à chevaux. Le jardin arboré qui comporte également un puits se trouve devant de la bâtisse.
